Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We've made every effort to display our products accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen shows colours exactly as they appear in person. Product images are illustrative; minor variation in finish, glitter pattern and stone placement is normal on handmade and embellished cases.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue any product at any time. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund it in full.

4. Device compatibility

It's your responsibility to select the case that matches your phone model. We list the compatible models on each product page. Returns for the wrong model ordered are treated as change-of-mind returns under our refund policy.

5. Accuracy of billing and account information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your email address, payment details and shipping address so we can complete your order.

6. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice.

7. Third-party services and payments

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform and processes payments. Your payment details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not store your full card details.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site to: break any law or regulation; infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property; submit false or misleading information; upload viruses or malicious code; collect or track the personal information of others; scrape, spam, phish, or interfere with the security features of the site.

9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The products and services are provided "as is" and "as available", except where required otherwise by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sterling & Sun is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the products, including damage to a device.
